lets make it simple
All the relative pronouns except ( that ) is translated to اللي
Examples:
“The book, which is on the table, is for my Arabic class.”
الكتاب اللي على الطاولة , هو لحصتي العربي
“The student whose homework I am grading is hardworking.”
الطالب اللي بصلح اله واجبه هو مجتهد
The car, which is red, belongs to my brother.
السيارة اللي هي حمرة تبعت أخوي

that can be a relative pronoun as well as a subordinating conjunction.
Sparing you the grammar terms, here is how you spot which one is it.
if it comes after a verb use إنه
if it comes after a noun use اللي
Examples:
I heard that you can swim.
سمعت إنه بتعرف تسبح
The house that we bought is near the park.
البيت اللي إشتريناه هو جنب الحديقة
